This is a waterfront screened gazebo decked with a Brazilian Hardwood -"IPE" imported from South America. We specialize in rare hardwood decking from South America and Africa.
Compass Rose
This is the compass rose option- it is 36 inches in diameter and they are built of exotic woods that match the color scheme of the dock.
Swim Step
Makes loading and unloading of visiting boats easier and is great for getting in and out of the water without a ladder.
Tongue and Groove Knotty Pine Ceiling
This is a tongue and groove knotty pine ceiling option. It closes the ceiling in to beautify it and it also prevents birds and pest from nesting in the many open spaces of an open rafter type roof. They poop all over your boat and dock when they nest- yuck- the poop is acidic and really damages a boat and the decking- composite, treated wood or hardwood. This prevents that and looks great. I also do low voltage puck lighting all on remotes or dimmers in it, and fans. We can also install a citrus based eco friendly bug sprayer detterent in the ceiling. It sprays on a timer and keeps all bugs away.
